Using This Website

By using the Dayton N. Main Street Alliance website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information Only

The site shares neighborhood news, events and resources as a service to the community. DNMA is a volunteer, resident-led group. We work to keep information correct and current, but we cannot promise that every detail is complete or up to date. Please check with the organizer, business, agency or office involved before you rely on it, especially event dates, times, places and cancellations. The site is not legal, medical, financial or safety advice. It is not for emergencies: if you or someone near you is in danger, call 911.

Non-Political; No Endorsement

DNMA is non-political. We share candidate open houses, question-and-answer events and debates so residents can be informed. We do not post campaign rallies, and a post is never an endorsement of a candidate, party or ballot issue. DNMA does not support or endorse any candidate. We share events only to make the community aware of what is happening in our community.

Listings and Relationship to Others

We list neighborhood associations, businesses, schools, congregations, agencies and other groups to help residents find them. Being listed does not mean the group endorses DNMA, or that DNMA endorses it. DNMA is not part of City government and does not speak for the City or for any listed group. We publish what groups tell us and what public sources say, and we ask groups to visit their listing and confirm that it is accurate and current. To correct or remove a listing, write to DaytonNMainAlliance@Outlook.com.

If You Contribute

If you send us an event, news item, photo or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge. You give DNMA permission to publish it on the website, in emails and on our social pages, and to edit it for length, clarity and our posting rules. We may rephrase a submission instead of declining it, and we will tell you what we changed. We may decline or remove anything that is false, harmful, hateful, a campaign rally or advertising, or that shares private information about others. Anyone who is given contributor access also agrees to the contributor rules provided at that time.

Photos

Photos on the site are used with permission or shared by the people who sent them. People at public events may appear in photos. To ask for removal or a credit change, write to DaytonNMainAlliance@Outlook.com.

Acceptable Use

Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. You may not misuse the forms, try to break into or disrupt the site, post harmful material, collect other people’s information, or copy the site in a way that suggests it is yours.

Our Material

© 2026 Dayton N. Main Street Alliance. All rights reserved. Our original text and graphics may be shared for neighborhood, non-commercial purposes with credit to DNMA and a link back. Logos, names and photos that belong to other groups, businesses, agencies or photographers stay theirs. To use our logo or ask permission, write to DaytonNMainAlliance@Outlook.com.

AI-Assisted Content

DNMA uses an AI assistant to help find, sort and draft news, events and web text. A person at DNMA reviews what is posted, but mistakes can still slip through. If you notice something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

No Warranty; Limits

The site is provided “as is,” without promises of any kind. To the extent the law allows, DNMA, its volunteers and its leaders are not responsible for losses that result from using the site or relying on its information.

Changes and Suspension

DNMA may change, suspend or remove any content, feature or account at any time, and may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
